Graduated from the ENTPE (civil engineering school based in Lyon, France) in 2006, obtained his Phd in 2010. Since 2019, he is the Research & Innovation Project Manager of Eiffage Route
After his graduation from the ENTPE (civil engineering school based in Lyon, France) in 2006, Julien Van Rompu has pursued his course with a PhD thesis, directed by Pr. Hervé Di Benedetto and defended in 2010. He has then worked as a research engineer at Colas central laboratory. Since 2019, he is the Research & Innovation Project Manager of Eiffage Route in charge of the development of innovative road materials based on bio-binders and optimized gradation curves, among others.
